This is the 2nd time we have been here and WOW! The food is authentic!!! The first time it was a little after 8 and they obviously close early but they served us until 9 and the bartender was wonderful. I have ordered the Enchilada Rancheros now twice- it comes with beans and rice and normallyI don't eat the sides but these were flavorful and delicious! There was melted cheese smothered all over with yummy steak on top. The sauce is not spicy and has wonderful flavor. Authentic corn tortillas, so so good! I honestly don't want to ever order anything else, it was so enjoyable. Great chips and salsa, and fabulous margaritas - very strong lol! We live on the west side of Madison and don't mind making the trip to Waunakee for this Mexican food!! It's a hidden gem for sure! Great vibe and energy from staff and ambiance.

Great margaritas, great salsa, great chips. That's before your food shows up. I got the Fajita Burritos with green sauce. Comes with queso. Best burrito I've ever had. Not a pick up and eat but smothered and covered burrito.
Sorry I didn't post a pic. Once I took a bite it was over.

We had a big group for lunch and while the food took a while it was worth the wait. My nephews love their cheese sauce and we thought that lunch menu had good portions. Our burritos, tacos, and enchiladas for tasty. Chips and salsa are included and the staff is friendly and helpful
